1. About the Site

The Site provides general information about Summit Property and Construction Group's construction and property services and allows visitors to request quotes, consultations, or additional information. Site content is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, contract, quote, or guarantee of pricing, availability, scheduling, or scope of work. Actual services will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form or otherwise provide information through the Site.

3. Requests for Quotes and Consultations

Submitting an inquiry, quote request, or consultation request through the Site does not create a contractual relationship between you and Summit Property and Construction Group. Estimates discussed before a site visit or written proposal are preliminary and subject to change based on inspection, project scope, materials, permitting, and other factors. A project is confirmed only after both parties sign a written agreement.

4. Communications

By submitting a form on the Site with a consent checkbox, you agree to receive calls, text messages, and/or emails from us as described in our Privacy Policy and on the applicable form. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time as described in our Privacy Policy; opting out of marketing does not opt you out of communications necessary to service an active project.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design—is owned by or licensed to Summit Property and Construction Group and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' data
• Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Scrape, harvest, or collect Site data using automated means without permission

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Summit Property and Construction Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Summit Property and Construction Group, its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated Terms on this page and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
